Services Schedule

Ape offers free services on all its vehicles. You should avail of these services within the stipulated conditions of time period or km range, whichever condition gets satisfied earlier from the date of purchase. After the completion of free services or its validity period, you must continue availing paid services as per the recommended service schedule.

We are continuously in touch with our esteemed customers. An especially Customer Relations Officer reminds our customer about the vehicle service date, takes post service feedback, and keeps the customer abreast of various service promotions, new product launches & schemes. We have launched several initiatives to keep vehicles fit & robust at all times.

75 Minute Express Service

We have introduced the concept of 75 Minute Express Service, which is unique in the industry, Under this facility, your apé vehicle is serviced within 75 minutes including vehicle receiving, washing & delivering time

apé allied product

We have tied-up with various manufacturers to offer Special oil & accessories which gives the apé vehicle extra protection & more comfort for the driver. for a reliable supply of engine oil, gear oil, brake oil & coolant, We have associated with PETRONAS- the world giant in automobile Lubricants, which has been tested at PVPL for enhanced engine & gearbox performance & life. Other accessories include Wheel Caps, Cabin Fan, Tyre Pressure Gauge, and more.

Warranty apé privilege

This unique offer entitles our 3w customers to get an additional 12 months warranty, beyond the standard warranty of 8 months. The additional warranty is valid up to 40,000 km or 360 days, whichever is earlier.

Annual Service Contract – apé Suraksha

apé Suraksha is a unique Annual Service Contract offered after the Privilege warranty period at a subsidized extra cost. We have various schemes namely apé silver, apé Gold, apé Platinum, apé Suraksha namely apé Suraksha plus specially developed to suit the needs of our diverse customers.

 

Training and Developement – apé Disha

Immediately on the purchase of vehicles, we guide the customer to make him aware of all the steps of preventive maintenance.

Doorstep Service  – apé Suvidha

Doorstep Service is an innovative offered through our dealers, our customers based in far-flung areas often don’t have enough time to report to the parent workshop. Under apé Suvidha, doorstep service is offered to such customers through Various dealerships using fully equipped Suvidha van (4 wheelers for long-distance) and well equipped Suvidha bikes (2 wheelers for a short distance)

Service Camps – Ape Nidaan

We want our customers to feel assured about the optimum performance of their vehicles even when it is out of warranty. Hence this initiative is called apé Nidaan. Our company officials check these vehicles to ensure that vehicles keep running smoothly without any breakdowns. On every Nidaan Camp, we distribute some gifts, best Offers, Discounts to our privilege as well as new customers also.

CRM – ape’ Pariwar

This unique and powerful scheme was launched by PVPL in the year 2008. This is a referral program, wherein an apé customer or PVPL associate is allowed to refer a friend/ relative/ potential customer. As soon as the reference gets converted into a sale, the referrer is rewarded with a substantial cash benefit. Similarly, he can build multiple chains of referrals and earn cash incentives for every successful referral.
